Some conversations need a proper table. Board meetings, investment committee sessions, AGMs and partner discussions all carry a formality that a huddle room or a café table undercuts.

Getting Here

City street scene with trees, traffic lights, and a sign for Raffles Quay.

6 Raffles Quay is a short sheltered walk from Raffles Place MRT (Exit I) and Downtown MRT (Exit A), with taxi stand E16 at the door.

Attendees arriving from across the CBD reach the boardroom without stepping into the heat or rain.

Non-members are welcome to book. For smaller sessions see our meeting rooms page; for larger ones, our event space.

Why Rent a Boardroom Rather Than Keep One

Carrying a boardroom year-round is expensive dead space, because meetings do not happen all the time.
One of our own members came to us for exactly that reason, having concluded that owning a large meeting room had been a waste of floor area.
Renting a boardroom by the hour turns a fixed cost into a variable one, which is why plenty of firms with their own offices still book externally.

Who Books Ours

Finance and advisory firms running committee sessions.
Company secretaries holding AGMs. Regional teams assembling for a quarterly review.
Founders who need a boardroom that does not look like a converted meeting nook when an investor walks in.

Boardroom Rental: Common Questions

How much does it cost to rent a boardroom in Singapore?

Rates vary widely. Hotel function rooms are typically the most expensive and are usually priced per person per day. Ours starts from S$25 per hour for the room, whoever walks in.

How many people does your boardroom seat?

Up to eight around the table in a board-style layout. For larger sessions our seminar space takes roughly six to twelve or more depending on arrangement.

Can I rent a boardroom for a single hour?

Yes. The minimum booking is one hour, not a two-hour block or a half-day.

Do I need to be a member?

No. Non-members are welcome to book the boardroom, as are our office and desk members.

What presentation equipment is provided?

A large TV screen with adapters on hand, including USB-C to HDMI, plus business-grade internet. Tell us in advance if you need a specific video-conferencing setup.

Can I arrange catering for a board meeting?

Yes. Reception can receive your catering delivery and hold it until your session, and coffee and refreshments are available on site.

Can I book on the same day?

Sometimes. Same-day bookings are possible when the room is free, but peak weekday slots go quickly, so book ahead where you can.

What is your cancellation policy?

There is no cancellation fee. Rescheduling is free provided you give at least six hours' notice. Bookings of two hours or less are settled after the meeting; longer sessions are prepaid and prepayments are not refunded.

Can I hold an AGM in the boardroom?

Yes. AGMs, board meetings and investment committee sessions are among the most common uses.

Is there parking nearby?

6 Raffles Quay is easy to reach by car with taxi stand E16 at the door, and there are building carparks in the immediate area. Ask us when booking and we will point your attendees to the nearest option.
