Data Points are good for Cloud Phone Systems, connecting dedicated internet * or connecting your dedicated printer.

IT Infrastructure Testimonials
Needed a quick consultation on why my bluetooth mouse wasn't working.
The IT team very kindly helped me to update my Windows to fix the issue.
We are used to having our own internet connection at our previous office for security reasons.
CoWorkSpace helped us to connect our internet service provider (SPTel) from their server rack into our suite and setup a VLAN.
There were fees involved, but it was all pretty reasonable.
My previous workplace charged us money to maintain a VLAN for my Cloud Telephony, as well as static IP (required for my phones).
Imagine our surprise when CoWorkSpace understood our requirements and set up the necessary network without additional charges !
Our IT Infrastructure Offerings
Pin Scanning & Secure Print Release

Members can:
-
Print directly for routine jobs
-
Use secure release printing for anything private
Once installed, our print app handles everything behind the scenes—drivers, connections, printer discovery.
We supply A4 80 GSM paper, and for suite members, there’s a monthly complimentary $20 credit for our serviced office suites, refreshed every month. No carryover, no complexity.
Print costs:
-
Black & White: $0.10 per page
-
Colour: $0.25 per page
These rates are below the market average. We’re not aiming to profit—just to recover costs for toner and paper. Maintenance, equipment upgrades, and IT support costs are covered by us.
The machine deletes the file upon completion of a print or scan job. The only data kept is:
-
Time of print
-
File name
-
Page count
-
Print type (colour or black & white)
The system stores no document content.
Cross Cut Shredder Usage

A Fellowes 225Ci shredder stands ready beside our printers.
It’s crosscut, P-4 security rated, and handles everything from signed documents to old cards.
The shredded material is stored in a locked bin, to be disposed by our office administration team on a daily basis.
This is a unique offering that we have, in our commitment to keep your documents safe, even for coworking spaces.
Cross-Connect Service

For the firms that require their own dedicated internet services - we will help to connect one data point in your suite, to the ISP's handoff point in our server rack.
This may also be useful for customers who are using on premise SIP trunking services.
Cloud Phone System Recommendation

We recommend migrating to a cloud phone system as costs are high (charged by ISPs) to install a RJ11 connection at our server rack.
We can recommend a reliable cloud phone system provider that work seamlessly with our internet.
Outsourced IT at Reasonable Fees

We have an in-house IT team to respond to CoWorkSpace's technical matters.
We are able to deliver outsourced IT specific to your company's technical matters at reasonable fees - troubleshooting, file servers, Microsoft 365 licenses, domain registrations, website creation etc.
