How much does it cost to rent a meeting room in Singapore?
It depends on the room size, the location, and how long you book. Hotel function rooms sit at the top of the range, workspace operators are considerably cheaper, and booking by the hour rather than the day keeps costs down further. Our rooms start from S$25 per hour, available hourly, half-day, and full-day, with no separate charge for WiFi, screen, or cleaning.
Our seminar and event space starts from S$850 per day.
Can I rent a meeting room by the hour?
Yes. Hourly bookings are available alongside half-day and full-day options, so a one-hour client meeting does not cost you a day's rate.
Do I need to be a member to book a meeting room?
No. Our meeting rooms can be booked by non-members as well as by our serviced office and coworking members.
How many people do your meeting rooms hold?
Meeting Room A seats up to eight and Meeting Room B seats three to four. For larger groups, our seminar and event space accommodates roughly 3 to 20+ depending on the layout.
How do I book, and how far in advance?
Book by texting us or emailing support@coworkspace.com.sg. Same-day bookings are sometimes possible, but peak weekday slots go quickly, so book ahead where you can.
What equipment and AV is included?
Business-grade WiFi and presentation options, with a large TV screen in Meeting Room A and adapters — including USB-C to HDMI — on hand. If you need a specific video-conferencing setup, request it in advance and we will prepare it.
Why book a meeting room instead of meeting in a café?
For anything sensitive or high-stakes, a private room removes the noise, the interruptions, and the risk of your client's business being overheard — and gives you a screen, a proper table, and a reception to greet your guest. Cafés are fine for an informal catch-up; they are a poor setting for a negotiation or an interview.
Which meeting rooms are near Raffles Place MRT?
Ours are — 6 Raffles Quay is a short sheltered walk from Raffles Place MRT (Exit I), with Downtown MRT (Exit A) and taxi stand E16 nearby.
Can I hold a meeting outside office hours?
Reception is staffed 8.30am to 6pm, with 24/7 access to the premises. If your session runs early or late, mention it when booking so access can be arranged — note that air-conditioning follows building hours and is not available past 6pm.
Is there a minimum booking, and do you take a deposit?
The minimum booking is one hour, and bookings of two hours or less require no deposit — they are settled after the meeting. Sessions longer than two hours are prepaid. Many venues impose a two-hour minimum block and hold a deposit on every reservation regardless of length.
What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?
Rescheduling is free as long as you tell us at least six hours before the meeting. There is no cancellation fee. Bookings of two hours or less are settled afterwards, so cancelling one costs you nothing; longer sessions are prepaid and prepayments are not refunded, so rescheduling is usually the better option.
