Office administration often goes unnoticed—until something slips.
At CoWorkSpace, it plays a quiet but essential role in helping each workday flow.
For members in finance, external asset management, and beyond, we understand the value of not having to worry about the small things.
Mail Handling
Some mornings start with that familiar thought: “Did we collect the mail?”
Only to realise it’s still at Level 1—or there’s nothing but another round of flyers. We step in so that only what matters reaches you.
Letters addressed to your company or its directors are delivered to you when you enter our premises. The rest stays out of sight.
Courier Collection & Delivery
Being out for a meeting shouldn’t mean missing an important delivery.
Our reception team is present throughout the day to receive or hand over parcels.
Whether it’s a courier arriving for a same-day pickup or a critical package being delivered—we ensure the right items end up in the right hands.
Our March 2025 update covers some of these new and improved amenities.
Guest Welcome
There’s a certain stress that comes with knowing a guest has arrived early—and you’re not back yet.
At CoWorkSpace, we intentionally welcome every visitor.
We create a comfortable space for your guests to settle in while they wait, so they ease into their surroundings even before the meeting begins.
Tea Lady
We always offer guests a drink—tea, coffee, or water—upon arrival. While you focus on your conversation, we ensure they’re cared for. A small gesture, but one that supports the purpose of the visit: your meeting.
Cleaning
Cleanliness affects everything—from first impressions to daily focus.
Our in-house cleaners regularly tidy our common areas, with toilets maintained by professional building staff.
For those who need it, suite cleaning is available upon request. There’s no need to look elsewhere or manage external cleaning contracts.
These seemingly small touches are part of what makes coworking at CoWorkSpace more than just shared office space.
Office Supplies
No one should wonder if there’s paper in the printer, whether the internet subscription is active, or if the pantry is out of stock.
Water bills, electrical bills—those aren’t your concern either.
From equipment readiness to pantry essentials, everything stays prepared and replenished.
You stay focused on your work—without having to keep tabs on the basics.
And if you're still exploring options, here’s what happens after the tour—including the common questions we get during the onboarding process.
